This is actually a Sheep Experiment Station run by the US Dept. of Agriculture used to research means to efficiently raise and manage sheep and the sustainability of rangeland.
Anyone know what this ‘wheel’ is or what the site is used for?
From what I can tell, its part of the idaho national laboratory test site.
