This is an ordnance or munitions storage facility. Note the spacing of the individual structure, the controlled access, and the large mowed and cleared surrounding area. The entire site says piss off, you’re not wanted here if you aren’t authorized.

Additionally, there is a substantial fence surrounding the smaller buildings.
