Zacatecas Cathedral

 

 

The church was dedicated in 1752 and consecrated in 1841. The façade is the work by the master builder Dámaso Muñetón. The north tower holds a clock donated by Governor Genaro García Rojas. The church was given cathedral status in 1862 and elevated to a basilica in 1959. Full article here.
