I looked into it and found that all the roads leading to the area are blurred and the photo spheres are disabled. i found and translated a sign that read:
WARNING
This park is privately owned and unauthorized entry is prohibited. If you enter without permission you will be subject to criminal penalties.
SK Housing Co., Ltd.
I’ll look into it as much as i can, but i hope this is helpful to anyone trying to figure this out.

Update: the buildings are a part of Nara Dreamland, which is an old abandoned theme park that SK Housing won in an auction. From what little I can see on Street View, I am pretty sure the rest of the theme park has been torn down exept for the two buildings. This is especially strange considering SK Housing is, well, a housing company, and residential development is prohibited for that area.
That’s arguably more interesting than the post itself. The two buildings are actually listed as water treatment facilities in Nara, so that’s all. Someone just listed a back rooms panorama on google that’s why google removed them. All of Nara’s facilities look like this round shape. The sandlot next to it was indeed Nara dreamland
