Lenin is 100 Years Old
This strange site in Russia, kilometers away from the Kazakhstan border, features the phrase “Lenin is 100 years old” in Russian. It was created in 1970 by a local forester to celebrate Lenin’s 100th birthday. It is a grove of pine trees, 80 meters wide and over 500 meters long. Over a million of pines were used in the process.
