Inhabitants of the Celles abandoned city because government decided to construct a dam in 1960s. Therefore people suggested that lake level will increase and buildings would be drowned. However Government canceled the project and people left the town for nothing. Some of the residents decided to move back into town in 2019, they are planning to re-build their hometown.
